For the past 4 years around the end of January and into February I would catch the latest variant of flu, cold, sniffles, chest cold or whatever happened to be floating by my terrible immune system. It seemed like it would start as allergies and then a virus would find me and send me off the edge. I would usually be home with a fever and feeling like death for 2 to 4 weeks. I decided to give it a shot and so far this year I havent gotten sick (Its early March). I started taking 1 pill 2 times a day in September and when Mid January rolled around I started to feel like I was getting sick so i followed the directions and took 6 in the AM and 6 in the PM for about 2 weeks. I never got sick but had a mild runny nose during that period. To be fair and scientific I also have been taking quercetin as well because my doctor said about 80% of the people he prescribes it to dont get allergies or it reduces their allergy symptoms drastically. This may or may not be helping, but I thought it would be worth mentioning. Regardless, Ive set up an Amazon Subscription for this stuff because its worked so well. I recommend it.

One of those items I always keep in on hand! Ive been using this product for years and am continuously amazed at how well it works for a variety of aliments. I find it Extremely useful for any kind of skin infection! The first time I tired it for that I had a cat bite that had started getting a little streaky and I could tell there was pus filling up deep inside, since it was a weekend I didnt want to go to the emergency room so I started this hoping I could hold out till monday and see my regular physician. By the next morning the redness was dramatically reduced and the swelling was down to just the immediate puncture site. By monday morning I didnt feel it needed seeing by anyone and within the week it was completely healed over. Now I am Not telling anyone to use this in place of a medical emergency or to self treat, etc, etc... just retelling my own experience. I can also state from experience that my family has held off all range of sicky bugs. And with two children in school, myself working in a public gym and husband as a salesman working with the general public, thats saying something! No one has had anything significant last more than a day or two in years and nothing that has required a medical visit as long as we start with this at the first sign of anything. Oh, one more thing to add; if you have trouble swallowing large pills, go with the capsules they are much more tolerable. And I rarely take the suggested amount. 2 capsules every few hours seems sufficient for me and 1 every few for the kids is plenty.

Our family swears by this product. I have been using this for many many years. If anyone in the household has symptoms of a slight cough or cold we take two or three capsules at that moment and then two or three that morning. We usually take two to maintain if we were around others with a cold and that keeps all sickness out of our house. We also discovered that our daughter, (over 18) who the doctors wanted to put on a breathing machine at night does not snore when she takes two in the morning and two at night on a regular basis.
