The capsules are easier to swallow than the tablets (you do need to take 4-6 per serving, as instructed, to get the health benefits) and there is a slight herbal taste that lingers, but nothing too intense. Ive tried lots and lots of immune boosters, and keep coming back to this one. Its legit. The only downside is that the pills are huge and dont taste very nice so you will want a chaser.
