I started using this after I got a slew of sicknesses earlier this year. I was hit with it all-- started with a cold, turned into a sinus infection, turned into bronchitis, then another sinus infection! April and May 2011 were consumed with sick for me. A friend of mine told me about Wellness Formula, so I started taking it to hopefully recover faster. (I was willing to try anything!) A serving size is 6 pills. When you see/smell these pills, swallowing 6 of them will appear impossible. I have yet to take 6 all at once. I just started taking one per day for a week, then two per day. I feel it really helped me recover from all my illnesses. Usually takes me a couple weeks to get over a sinus infection. After taking two per week I sprung back to life quicker than I ever have. Now I take one per day as a preventative, and if I feel icky I take two. Heres some tips: Take each pill with a FULL glass of water and some food. If you dont do this, expect to burp up a really gross flavor. (Ew.) If you feel the need to take the full dosage, I suggest spacing out the pills throughout the day! Your stomach might feel a bit upset at first, but this pill contains a lot of herbs and vitamins that most of us arent used to. Also, since starting to take this pill, Ive noticed my fingernails are much healthier, they grow like weeds, and never break. (Which is awesome if youre a girly girl like me! Ha.) Highly recommend!

Since I am not a pharmocotherapist I can only say that this Wellness formula works for me. It could be all in my mind or it could have ingredients that my body would responds to when I feel I am getting a cold coming on.

I bought these supplements on a whim the other day so I could get free shipping haha. Day after they arrive, I start to come down fast with a cold! The dosage is a bit high so I did 3 the first day to see how my tummy would react, then 9 the next day. Could have been the supplements + my immune system but I woke up the next day feeling normal! Thanks to my subconscious for getting a supplement that possibly curved away a cold. I thinks these are a great supplement to take every other few days to help keep the immune system strong - especially if you work around others.

I bought this to replace another product that has become unreasonably expensive (Quick Defense). I was excited to get this due to the reviews. In my excitement, I didnt look at all of the pictures. Unfortunately, I am sensitive to soy, so I cant use it. It says right on in the picture. Fortunately, others in my family can. I am still waiting to see it perform magic like the other product we used before.

I have been using this supplement for over 20 years. As soon as I feel like I am getting sick, I start taking the pills for a few days and most of the time, my symptoms disappear, and I dont get sick.

I used to get sick almost every month from working with children. Someone at work recommend this product and man has it made a difference in my life. I try to take one pill a day but often forget... I do, however, take 3 pills every 3 hrs when Im starting to feel even the slightest congestion or whatever and THUS PRODUCT WORKS!! I feel better between 1 to 2 days!!! Happy customer!!

I have had chest congestion and a productive cough and was feeling fine otherwise. I am surrounded by sick people (my kids nonstop coughs), and we have a trip coming up. I bought this on the night I suddenly felt way worse and had chills, body aches, sore throat, run down, post nasal drip, headaches.... So based on the high ratings and reviews, I bought on impulse. I must say the next morning after feeling the chills and ordering this, I did seem better except the cough. The chills etc were gone. Finally the next day (today) the bottle came. Bottle was sealed outside and in. It says take 6 caps per day for regular immune support or 6 every 3 hours for immune boost I suppose to knock out being sick. So I did take 6 at once and then I seemed to feel okay but 3 hours passed, I took 5. Now I have sore throat, post nasal drip, feel run down, headaches, body aches, and just awful, but no chills or feeling overwhelmed by being totally sick. More like I feel like my immune system got overstimulated and maybe this could be the Herx reaction when the germs die so quickly they flood the body with toxins and theres a feeling of feeling worse while actually the body is fighting the infection really hard and intense. Well thats what I hope is happening. Otherwise I went from feeling congested in my chest and coughing up phlegm all the time to feeling like Im really awful. But no fever or chills or as bad as that night that motivated me to buy this stuff. I was taking vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements when I got this, so I wont be taking those while taking this, as that would be too much. But I am on the fence if I should just switch back to my healthy supplementation before this or continue with this.... I didnt expect to feel worse, so I read all the bad reviews and no one mentioned it making them feel worse. In fact, I cant find anything other than it just being ineffective for some people and great for others. I think Ill pause on this and see how I feel in the morning. If I still feel bad, I may continue and see if it will knock it out fast. Last time I caught my kids cough, I had the same congestion and coughing up phlegm and no other symptoms (feeling otherwise normal) for 3 weeks! And I hoped this formulation would help it end quicker esp in time for our family vacation in a few days. So is it working and producing a Herx reaction? Or am I just coincidentally getting worse the same day as beginning to take this? I only took 11 capsules total today. Id be due for 6 more, but Ill pass on that and wait and see. Otherwise I dont notice any awful smell or stomach issues or heartburn like other reviews mentioned. But those were from 2018-2021 , so I hope things have changed since then. Ill update my review as I feel this out!
