I didnt notice any change in my restless legs or my ability to fall asleep. No better, no worse. Maybe with more time, things will improve. Sometimes it takes at least three months for changes to take effect.

I’ve been taking Standard Process Calcium Lactate for a while. I originally bought it from my chiropractor. It’s expensive, but if it works, that’s ok. I’ll be having a bone density test next spring. Hopefully I’ll see good results!
