Believe it or not, Calcium Lactate helped me unplug the ducts in my breast when I had mastitis. I highly recommend it to new breastfeeding mothers.

My health provider suggested this product after I had cancer surgery and a knee replacement... It works. Calcium Lactate is found within every cell of the human body. DO NOT BELIEVE all that you hear and read about the dangers of calcium. I take it before bed and I sleep without leg cramps or disruptive dreams! I only use the Standard Process Calcium Lactate 800 T. Other products do not seem to have the soothing effect this has on my body. Everyone has a different DNA so possibly this will not please you... I find it wonderful.

This is a great product that I take @ bed-time to avoid leg cramps & to get my daily intake of calcium for strong bones & teeth....I have been taking these for about 3 yrs now & am totally pleased!

We have always liked this product. Now we put these in a bottle marked aspirin for my 91 year old mother-in-law who would panic if she didnt have an almost full bottle of aspirin sitting on her table. Since she cant be trusted to take meds properly we could originally only leave 2 aspirin in the bottle each day. We feel safe in putting these out for her. Shes doing great and doesnt call us every day because shes worried about her supply. Plus instead of taking aspirin all the time, shes taking calcium only occasionally.
