I like this calcium since it is easy to swallow. I take it for my heart health and to help me sleep. I take half of the daily dosage before I go to bed.

I have been using this calcium for several years after it was recommended by a friend who is a chiropracter. It has been helpful for me. My only complaint is that it does not contain Vitiamin D in its formulation so I make sure to take a multi-vitamin with D at the same time.

This product is the best no cramps

My acupuncturist recommended it for easier absorbtion. The pills are small and easily swallowed. Have been using it for many years.
