I’d buy again from this company! I ordered from other companies and half the mugs were broken, but I had no broken mugs and the sublimated very well!

These broke my heart if I’m honest. I made a really meaningful gift for my husband for his birthday and I was careful not to put them into the dishwasher until after 24 hours (it was more like 48). The very first wash they faded and subsequent washes they’ve faded even more. This is with the exact same materials and sublimation settings I’ve used without any issues on countless “cutting machine that sounds like an insect”-brand mugs. I just thought the shape of these ones elevated them and I was saving them for special projects. Shame on me for not using something I knew worked for my husband’s gift. I can’t imagine how embarrassed I’d be if I’d tried to sell this! Because I was saving them, I missed my return/refund window so now I’m stuck with 4 crummy quality mugs that I won’t dare sublimate on.

I used infusible heat transfer paper on one mug and infusible markers on the other. I am new at this but it seemed to take when I heated it for 4 mins.

I buy 12 oz cups for our coffee, these are the best size.We use them every day, and these cups are comfortable to hold, and I found them when I was searching for large cups.Im also looking for pure white so I dont have to worry about fading, I love this kind of mug, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants this style of coffee mug.

Not good for sublimation unless using a single decal. Not for sun wraps due to the bottom of the mug.

Only 2 out of 6 mugs were smooth. Sublimated ok. Will not be purchasing again.

Two mugs cracked and unusable

Cups seem to be hit and miss. Some are fine some barely take color and some get weird designs on them. I have never had this issue with any other up. No wonder these prices are so low. And yes I have my cup press at the right heat and yes I have enough pressure.

I gave this a three star rating in part because 3 of the 6 mugs that arrived were flawed. There were specks (sand like) that were embedded in the face of 2 of the mugs that appeared to of happened when the final coat was applied or stuck to the mug just prior to the final coating process. Either way, they stuck out and Im unable to use them. The other had a serious flaw on the lip which again, prevents me from using it. I wasnt able sublimate them and had to return them immediately. I hope the replacement order is better otherwise Ill be returning those as well. They did appear to be sturdy with a nice weight to them.
