One of the cup did not have a smooth finish and chip at the bottom. Did not send the order back for the one cup.

Cups seem to be hit and miss. Some are fine some barely take color and some get weird designs on them. I have never had this issue with any other up. No wonder these prices are so low. And yes I have my cup press at the right heat and yes I have enough pressure.

These mugs do great with sublimation work

I needed some for some last minute orders and these were great! will definitely order if I need something quick again.

My husband is particular about the cups he uses for his coffee but this was smaller than expected. The glass seems thin and like it will easily break.

The 11 oz size is okay and worked fine in the Cricut Mug Press that I was using. The colors were great on the sublimated mugs. Several of the mugs had dimples. In the photographed mug there is a dimple in the finish, plus the finish cracked when I was removing the sublimation paper. It was disappointing because the mug turned out very nice otherwise. Very hit and miss with quality and I feel the price was way too high for those type of issues.

I’ve got my first set of 6 mugs and 2 of them were broken, but the company was fast and easy to just send me a replacement in a few days! I love my little set, this picture that I’ve added is my wife with her little hands holding a mug the way she loves, just embracing it all around with one hand, instead of using the handler. Perfect size for that even with her little hands. Good material and they look pretty, simple and minimalist! We love it! Five stars all the way.

The product was great but 1 mug was broken. Most likely due to shipping so they need more protection for shipping but the mug sublimated perfectly and is a good product

UPDATE- I had contact with the supplier who agreed to replace the damaged cup. I have order 2 more boxes and have sublimated on numerous cups now. They all worked great. Very please with the product and the customer service. Will continue ordering this brand from this company as long as they are available. I havent tried Sublimation on them yet but right out of the box one of the six cups is broken. Not happy with the cost and one to be broken

I think this cup is absolutely wonderful . when I received this cup , I was amazed by its appearance and material . I can give full play to my creation on this cup and the price is also very cheap .I once dropped a glass on the fioor by accident , but it was only a little broken , it was amazing, and my other glass was already broken
