Received my mugs today. Checked them over and was glad none were broken but unfortunately one mug has a black/burnt spot on the rim. It makes this mug unsalable. It’s a bit disappointing, I’m glad it was only 1.

I liked them very much but, 3 of them came broken.!

Some of the mugs were really sticky. Make sure to clean them before you sublimate on them. Thats why 4 stars instead of 5. It was more cleaning than I thought I should have to do on a new product. They sublimated well. I was pleased with the results.

Perfect size, shape, quality coffee cup. Love these cups and will use them for all our decals in the future. We needed something high quality to use a new tenant gifts and these are exactly what we were looking for at a very good price. The bottom of the cup is blank so the decal maker can put their name on them to increase their business. We couldn’t have asked for more.

The quality of sublimated prints on these is just bad. They become sticky so it’s hard to remove the transfer and the images are faded even after being on the press 5 minutes.

I found five defective mugs out of 12 . Please check the quality before ship. I returned. Waisted my time.

One of the cup did not have a smooth finish and chip at the bottom. Did not send the order back for the one cup.

I left these in for 10 min at 350 and they would not transfer on. The ones that did hold color were spotty in some areas. It’s very aggravating that these mugs did not hold like advertised. That is money wasted. I do not recommend this product at all to anyone. Do not waste your money. Wish I could give zero likes.
