They are powerful magnets. However they did not hold my broom which is much less than 30lbs. I slid the broom to touch the floor and the hook holds it upright, just not as expected. They are well made and very handy! They hold my apron and keys perfectly. I do like them a lot for other items.

I did not expect these to be able to hang anything but a kitchen utensil. To my pleasant surprise it is strong enough to hang a large skillet I was having trouble storing.

Really strong magnets. Lots of uses. Im using four to hold up a bar on my fridge where I hang spray bottles of cleaning solutions. 4 full bottles hang just fine

Perfect size for what I needed. Very strong! I of course did not read the insert and when I popped it apart I accidentally got them stuck back together....it took quite some time to slide them apart

These are definitely not 30 lb magnets. My purse weighs 6 lbs and when I hang it on this hook it just slides down the metal surface.

Decent hook but dont believe the weight rating. I hung 3 yard tools on the side of a cabinet. When I hung the fourth it headed for the floor pretty quickly. I weighed it just for fun, 2 lbs 2 oz. FYI, the cabinet is powder-coated steel.
