This is by far the best cutting blade on the market anywhere! We have used it in construction as well as cutting into those hard to open office supplies encased in plastic. I’d like to keep one for our house, but it keeps disappearing! Hmmm. Buy it!! You won’t be sorry you did!

This has turned out to be one of the handiest items in my tool box. Its very tough and I havent broken a single blade yet, despite cutting everything from carpeting to baseboard trim to rubber tires to wall board. And the blades themselves stay sharp for a very long time.

There simply is not a better knife. The strength of blade and the ease of use made me just empty out all the other blade replacement knives. Sears sold this years ago and stopped carrying them, a shame. The original reviewer is right, you can keep on sharpening these until they deform. I usually change blades due to abuse on my part. I now own 7 of these. One for each place of business and 3 in my home/garage so I never am without this tool. I wish they made a hook blade.

Best utility knife! I had Dewalt knives for years and the plastic buttons kept falling off so I couldnt lock the blades and would have to buy a whole new knife. Even when it did lock, there were times the blade would slip in or out during spirited use. This one has a rubber knob thats easy to rotate to lock and unlock the blade. The lock is very secure.

Great to cut insulation, R-19 and double layer of R-13, if youre cutting R-38 you need to press the material. Overall you get precision cuts.

Decently made. Comparable to Olfas knives. Locks securely, good grip. However, I found that when I need this size blade for cutting tougher material, its best to go to a standard utility knife with the trapezoidal blades (i.e. Stanley, Irwin, Milwaukee, etc), as those blades are stiffer, and one can even buy extra stiff trapezoidal blades if needed.
