08-04-2025your better off using duct tape. The product is cheap plastic and it uses an empty usb port so instead of just ripping your power out you rip your usb out as well. the string on the camera mount broke the day I received the product. Good idea bad product.

08-04-2025I couldnt believe I paid 37 euros for this overpriced plastic. I wouldnt have mind if it actually functions but the usb part does not fit in the usb port. I tried it with all the ports of my laptops and computers and it doesnt fit at all. This is a joke. You would think you would get your moneys worth with an original but NO. I shouldnt have gambled when I saw the other reviews about the usb port. It really feels like I got a counterfeit.

> 3 dayA frequent user of a CamRanger, I would have saved myself the cost of replacing the USB port in my main camera body had I starting using the JerkStopper sooner. It isnt a perfect solution, especially for a non-studio shooter. Pros: Fairly inexpensive given other options Incredibly unobtrusive Main component can be left on camera Cons: Yes it is fairly inexpensive considering the cost of other port protectors on the market but, seriously - $20.95!!!? The U shaped part that encloses the cable is easily lost The plastic clip on the end of the string can be slightly annoying when the JerkStopper is not in use because it is a hard plastic and smacks the side of the camera.

> 3 dayThis is one of the best little tools in my camera bag. The fact that the clamp itself is adjustable is quite nice. I also like the quick disconnect feature.

> 3 dayNeat gadget, overpriced considering the same concept can be emulated a lot cheaper if you buy a clip on eBay for the quick release and detachment and just tie a knot on the cord you want to anchor.
