> 24 hourAwesome bike that is so easy to assemble if you follow step-by-step instructions. I had a minor issue with the seat locking mechanism and the manufacture was quick to make it right by sending out a new Fastener And included a kids towel. Lightning fast shipping and great customer support make this a must buy for all parents that are teaching their kids how to ride a bicycle

> 24 hourI got two of these for my two toddlers they love them it didnt take them any time at all to get on and start going. My 3 year old now puts his feet up and rides down hills he will soon be ready to even take the training wheels off his bigger bike this has helped my boys so much.

> 24 hourEdit: Upgraded from 1 star to 5 star. The company has reached out to me to offer me a new bike. My daughter is very happy to have a new balance bike! I’m impressed by customer service and would recommend buying this brand. We’ve loved this bicycle for the 4 months that we’ve had it, but are extremely disappointed that the handlebars fell out today. I thought it would be an easy fix, but they’re completely rusted our. We’ve stored in our garage the entire time we’ve owned it minus the occasional accidental overnight outside. There’s absolutely no reason it should be in such poor shape.

> 24 hourThis bike is fantastic! We got it for my daughter when she was just a year old, so she was a little short for it but loved to be pushed around on it. Now that she is 16 months old, she can touch and move herself around on it (though were still working on steering!) and its a great way to get her used to balancing while working off some toddler energy! It is sturdy, assembled really easily, and was a great value for the quality considering that it will grow with her for years.

> 24 hourWhen I first opened the box and felt the wheels of this bike, I was uncertain. It was easy to put together. I watched the video on the purchase page to put together, so didn’t really use the instructions. All the tools I needed were included. I was super surprised and glad I kept the bike after my toddler gave it a test run. I just did not know the benefit of this (new product to me that has apparently been around for a while) type of wheel. My son was ecstatic to have a “big boy” bike like his older brothers. He rides it all over the neighborhood and park. He has no trouble running over grass and sidewalk alike. He falls over sometimes and gets back up and this bike takes it all. (Yay for biker gloves). One benefit I didn’t think about is it is lite and easy to carry. Sometimes my toddler gets fussy (like all toddlers) and I end up carrying him and the bike the remaining trip home; the lite and ease of carry is a major benefit to my short frame. We have had the bike 5 months now and it is still holding up good as new with almost twice weekly bike rides. There are 1 or 3 small scuffs on it due to falling, but that is expected. Overall, I am supper happy with this purchase and recommend.

> 24 hourWe have had these bikes for only a few weeks and already we can see improved balance from our oldest. He is 5 and has been in occupational therapy to build his core muscles and loosen his hip joints caused by sitting in a W. When he first got the bike he would hunch over the handle bars to maintain balance, now he sits up straight and zooms around the cul de sac with his younger brother. Both my boys love to ride their bikes, we get out on walks almost on a daily basis and if given the chance they would ride for hours. Great confidence booster and I believe it will help both of them when they move up to a regular bike.

> 24 hourVery easy to assemble and super lightweight. Its smaller than I thought, though. I have a taller than avg 2.5 year old girl, so it definitely wont last until shes 5. Im giving it 4 stars because some pictures show a handle bar pad which was not in the package. Not sure if it should come in the box. If it shouldnt, then pictures are deceiving. UPDATE: Rating 5 stars thanks to the good customer service. UPDATE 2: Back to 4 stars as they promised to send the handle bar pad but never heard of them anymore. Seems like as soon as they get 5 stars, they forget about everything else.

> 24 hourI bought two of these in 2021 for my twin 2 year olds. Took a little while for them to get the hang of, but one is four and still using it, and the other started riding a two wheeler with no training wheels at three! Super lightweight, sturdy, can’t say enough!

> 24 hourOkay! This bike is awesome!!! My son is tiny, he is 27 months but can wear 12 month clothes still so I was worried the bike would be too big but it fits him perfectly with still room for him to grow! He got a hang of it quickly and rides this bike everyday! The bike is very lightweight and easy for him to maneuver and for us to carry home when he doesn’t feel like riding anymore. I would definitely buy this again and recommend to anyone looking for a balance bike! I read etched all the big brands before buying this one and it is perfect!

> 24 hourUpdated: This bike is very lightweight! Thats great. The assmebly was very simple and east too. But my son cannot ride it. He doesnt like it at all. The bike is not balanced by itself and despite all of the tutorials Ive watch and tricks Ive tried, he simply cannot use it. Im not sure what to do with it. I would send it back but the deadline was yesterday. Update: This company has great customer service. After my post they reached out to me and offered a refund because of my childs trouble with the bike. They offered advice on how I can possibly get my kids to use the bike. Great customer service is rare and greatly appreciated!.
