    Greater than one week

Luggage is lightweight and rolls easily without feeling like it will tip over like some tumi models. However, first time the carry on was dropped on the ground it showed visible damage to the case. Its cosmetic, but for the price I would have hoped for better durability.

I travel a lot for work. on my 3rd trip, the wheels broke. Delsey will not pay for the wheels and the airline refuses saying it was normal wear and tear... NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! the bag wasnt even 6 months.

Probably one of the lowest quality Delsey bags I have ever owned. I travel quite a bit for business and was expecting a high quality suitcase from Delsey. The handle is so thin, the first time out of the suitcase it bent. If you are one of those traveler who usually carry your computer bag on top of your suitcase this suitcase cannot handle it especially if there is any weight to your computer bag. Before my first trip with this bag, the handle telescoping locking mechanism was already jamming and anyone who travels understands how frustrating it can be trying to collapse the handle to put you bag in the overhead while 30 people are waiting behind you trying to get to their seats. My computer bag has a sleeve on the back designed to slide over the handle to make it easier to transport but once it is over the handle, due to a poor design, it is very difficult to lift the computer bag back off because the bottom of the handle has a squared-off flat edge making it a fight to remove the computer case. If you travel for a living, do not buy this suitcase. It is not the same quality you would expect from Delsey.

I recently purchased four sets of luggage for our family - two of Delsey Helium Aero and two of Delsey Helium Titanium. First of all let me say that we are very, very happy with our purchase. The Delsey luggage is very lightweight and of very high quality. The wheels, zippers, locks, and almost everything else work wonderfully. My only complaint is that while the non-retractable handles feel great they sit flush against the case and are a bit stiff when you try to pull them out to carry the bag. Our hope/expectation is that they will loosen up over time.

I just received this piece of luggage (purchased for a gift) and it does NOT have the extra side compartment meant for laptop, etc. It is shown in the pictures as having it. Now I ordered the Black Cherry because it was a better price, than the other colors. If it is a different model, and priced accordingly, it should not be sold as the same model in different colors. I own a Delsey hardside and love it, but mine has the extra compartment. Now I must decide to live with the difference - or send it back.

Best travel luggage we have bought so far and we travel a lot. Easy to pull and go through different airports and on rough surfaces, they spin great, light weight, pack easy, hold a lot. Highly recommend them. The small one fits all overhead bins.

I purchased this suitcase for the occasional 1 day business trip. Turned out that I only needed it once since I purchased it. I took it for an overnighter today and the handle was broken! It would only go up half way. It was sitting in a closet, upright since I last used it. I am over 6 tall and had to hunch down to roll this around the train station. Ridiculous! I would return in a heartbeat.

Nope, so close, but nope. The zippered side of the case is the bottom (the part that doesnt flip over when opening) which allows everything that is held by the belt to flop and hopefully stay when you open the case. The zippered side is so shallow its hard to fit all the loose items I need to capture on that side (the expansion is on the loose side as well) The front pocket is barely useable due to the shared back wall with the inside clothing section. It has scuffed easily but no cracks. So overall good suitcase, but not one that Ill buy again. I do continue to use it out of stubbornness of not wanting to waste the $$ spent
