The luggage was locked and would not open. Unfortunately I missed the return window as I was traveling. Really disappointed

They shipped it so fast I used it on my latest trip, 6 different airplanes out of 6 airports. I had it stuffed and it worked very well. Its well thought out, seems to be well made and worked very well for me. If it lasts it will be perfect.

One zipper pull broke on first flight.

I was going to use the carry-on for the first time and the handle was constantly getting stuck. Its been difficult trying to bring the handle all the way up. Once the handle goes halfway, you cant pull it up or put it back down. Sometimes the button for the handle will get stuck, as well. This quality is DISAPPOINTING for any brand, let alone Delsey. I tried registering this product on Delseys website since there is a 10-year warranty; however, the website had an error after I submitted all the information. I also tried calling and there were no options for speaking with a representative. Unfortunately, the return timeframe has passed, otherwise I would have done so. This whole experience has been frustrating.

Probably one of the lowest quality Delsey bags I have ever owned. I travel quite a bit for business and was expecting a high quality suitcase from Delsey. The handle is so thin, the first time out of the suitcase it bent. If you are one of those traveler who usually carry your computer bag on top of your suitcase this suitcase cannot handle it especially if there is any weight to your computer bag. Before my first trip with this bag, the handle telescoping locking mechanism was already jamming and anyone who travels understands how frustrating it can be trying to collapse the handle to put you bag in the overhead while 30 people are waiting behind you trying to get to their seats. My computer bag has a sleeve on the back designed to slide over the handle to make it easier to transport but once it is over the handle, due to a poor design, it is very difficult to lift the computer bag back off because the bottom of the handle has a squared-off flat edge making it a fight to remove the computer case. If you travel for a living, do not buy this suitcase. It is not the same quality you would expect from Delsey.

it was time to replace my luggage. I had borrowed one of my sisters for a previous trip and decided to go with the hard side luggage this time. Love that it is lightweight! Cant wait to use it on my next trip. I ended up buying all sizes. I went with Delsey after doing my research and knowing it is highly recommended

Had the red one but it was discontinued at Macys so came to Amazon for an additional one. Was really happy to have grey and its fulling functional. Light weight and easy to move, even full

We bought these for a trip to Asia. After 7 plane rides, several boat transfers, countless taxis etc...they held up beautifully. The only thing I would change is that I would have the zipper side open from the top (not folded side) so that you could tuck things into that side without having it laying totally flat. But we loved the size and they worked great.

I was so excited about the price point of this suitcase! But it arrived without one of the zipper pulls, and now I cant use the TSA-approved lock function, or even open or close the suitcase with ease!
