The luggage is great,plenty of space,easy to maneuver with 360 wheels.My complaint is that on 1st use ,there are multiple black marks on the silver titanium outside due Im sure to airport handling.Is there a way to remove these marks?

Love this brand and style so much I purchased this one for my husband. It’s lightweight and even at a weight of fifty pounds glides thru the airport with the pressure of one finger. We travel almost monthly and Delsey makes life lighter

I purchased this case In August 2017 to replace the Delsey behemoth 29 case (Great bag, I just dont have that many clothes). Im not much of a traveler, so this case has not been used very much in the roughly five years Ive had it. With this smaller case, after its first flight, the zipper separated from the case, and it was replaced under warranty. No hassle. The third flight it took, one of the wheels fell off into my trunk at the airport. Our local repair shop said one of the original screws had never even hit its mark when being constructed, they made the repair and sent it home with me. The fifth flight, upon getting my case at the airport, I noticed where the entire black cherry case had completely cracked surrounding one of the wheels. Im not being told this is not under warranty. Hmmmm. Quite frustrating. Why spend high dollars for supposedly good cases with good warranties when the structural integrity is not even covered under warranty. Three instances of structural damage after five flights over five years does NOT a good record make, and I will be looking at other brands for my next purchase.

On its very first flight one of the wheels on this suitcase got ripped off and as a result a big hole and cracks developed in the case making it completely unusable. The reason for this I think is that the wheels protrude from the case too far and if it gets stuck somewhere in baggage handling, one of the wheels is likely to come off. Buy at your own peril.

We finally opened the box because we are taking a trip and disappointed that the pull handle is defective and stuck in unretracted position. Buyer beware!
