> 3 dayThe design inside is nice. I would recommend this for a single person usage. It opens and closes on its own with a button. You still have to push it down to make it small again and wrap the strap around to store it.

Greater than one weekThis is a great travel umbrella. It is very sturdy and has a pretty design on the underneath side of the umbrella. The only down side I can find is that that the body of the umbrella is very thick. The length is not long but the body is thick. I cannot fit it in the outside side pocket of my umbrella which is where I had hoped to store it for our trip. I do have smaller hands and I cannot wrap my hand around the body.

> 3 dayI received the black umbrella with the blue sky inside and love it! It is probably the most sturdy and well made umbrella Ive ever owned. It feels solid and is quite heavy. There are two layers of material...the black layer and the blue layer with nine (9) spines. The material seems to shed water as it dried super fast, water wicking right off. It opens quickly and easily, the mechanism is very strong. It is definitely tougher to close as you do have to use your hand to push down on the top portion to get it down but not a deal breaker. it really is a nice surprise when its such a dreary day and you open this and blue sky appears! I love that! Im very happy and would definitely recommend this!

> 3 dayThis umbrella a little larger than the very small fold-up umbrellas (both when its open and when its closed), but for me thats a good tradeoff because the super-small umbrellas are just too small to keep me dry, and too flimsy to last. This seems large enough, and it looks like it will last. One thing that seems a bit misleading about the description is that it says that it has a ventilated double canopy, but the one I received doesnt have this -- its just a regular umbrella; no vents, and no double canopy -- so wind wont be able to escape from it. If thats what youre looking for, this isnt the umbrella that you want. A nice feature that I didnt think about ahead of time is that the printed graphics are on the *inside* of the umbrella, where you can see them, but nobody else. To everyone else, the umbrella looks black. I think its a nice touch that from the outside it looks plain, but then you open it up and voila, you get to see a blue sky with puffy clouds above you. Getting the umbrella back into its storage bag takes a little more work than average, but its important to do so, because otherwise it tends to spread out a bit and take up more room in your bag. Maybe it will get easier with practice.

> 3 dayI can’t even remember how many umbrellas I have had break because if a gust of wind. It was just a few weeks earlier during a downpour I had one taken out by a wind gust and I was drenched while trying to collapse it before getting in my car. In fact, I recently counted only one unbroken umbrella among the six that I currently had. Some of these had also claimed to be windproof. So I am giving this one a try. So far I have used it twice, both tines the wind was moderately strong, probably around 10 mph with gust to something around 15 mph as my best guess. I had one instance where a gust caught it from underneath but it remained controllable and did not break. I hope not to experience anything stronger in the future as I would not like to find out the limits if this umbrella to stand up to stronger wind. I normally prefer just plain black umbrellas but this one does look pretty with the flower pattern and unlike me my wife prefers in over my normally solid black umbrellas. In summary the umbrella has held up well so far and I feel safe to say that is better constructed than any of my previous umbrellas and even though the price is a but on the higher side if it continues to perform as it has so far then it is worth it and worthy of recommendation.

> 3 dayThis umbrella, while only 18 ounces in weight, is heavier than other travel umbrellas I have used. It appears to be more durable, containing sturdy fiberglass ribs and a strong open/close mechanism. The sellers page says the product has a new ventilated double canopy. Their video shows a black vented umbrella and a blue unvented umbrella. The product I received is unvented. The umbrella opens instantly with the push of a button. Another push of the button partially collapses it, requiring the user to wrap a strap around it and push its handle in. I was able to return it to its case with some effort. The umbrellas Teflon coating should repel water. Overall, this appears to be a sturdy and durable umbrella although the lack of a vent makes me wonder how well it will stand up to strong winds.

> 3 dayThis is a very compact and lightweight travel umbrella. Its way too small to share, but perfect to thrown in a backpack or purse for your own use if the skies look threatening. It expands and closes smoothly and easily. My only knock is that it it NOT vented, so Id be very cautious about using it in windy conditions. With that small caveat, Im pleased with this umbrella!

Greater than one weekI dont remember the last time I owned an umbrella, but decided that I needed one to be courteous of to the people Im with in case it is raining. We had so much rain this year, so you never know when an umbrella will come in handy. This one is very compact when closed, so I store it in the bottom of my trunk without taking up any actual space. The quality of this is much much better than an umbrella you can find at a discount department store. I havent tested it in a windy and stormy condition yet, but the feel of it already feels like it can withstand so much more than a standard umbrella. It is large enough to comfortably have 2 people under it. The handle is very comfortable to hold and the nice feature is being able to close it with a push of a button as well. It is so much easier than to close it the standard way of pulling the lever to retract the skeleton. It way exceeded expectations.

> 3 dayThis umbrella has a super professional feel to it. Looks great closed and opened. Also compact enough that I can store it anywhere. If youre traveling to a cold destination, definitely good to have one prepped to go so you dont get wet (happened to me while traveling to Europe once). A great product all round! (Not to mention the sheik design!)
