Big enough for me. Im 6 feet tall. Hasnt leaked yet. Tougher than I thought it would be. Very satisfied

The first time I ordered this ball, they sent the wrong color and wrong size. Amazon corrected the problem as soon as I called. We liked that one so much that I ordered it again; this time we got the right color and right size (one size bigger than the first). I have 11 kids and we homeschool while I’m also in college. I bought it for myself (since I sit so much right now) but my kids use it way more than I do. We don’t let the kids throw the ball or play rough with it, but 7 of my kids are boys (ages 9-18) so you can imagine that they bounce on them daily vigorously; they also put two side-by-side and surf across the tops, they roll on them and flip themselves into a large beanbag (look up yoga ball stunts on YouTube if you can’t picture this.. lol), they even belly-bounce each other across the room when I go to the bathroom for 30 seconds (the 10 year old got a goose-egg the size of an actual egg from hitting the corner of the couch last week... but he seems fine... ish. Lol). I WAS a little afraid that the 2200 pound weight limit was a misprint (I’m a 5’7”, sturdy lady whose given birth to a ton of kids) and that I might pop it. After more than a month with these things, I’m not sure that anything smaller than a baby elephant COULD pop it (and I’ve threatened my kids with DIRE consequences if a “random” piece of sharp metal or plastic should “accidentally” pierce a ball and ruin it, or if they should decide to “test” that weight limit with a dog pile of bodies stacked on it). My older kids (15-18) practice sitting on it, cross legged, without holding on to anything (sort of a floating Buddha thing); some of them even do back bends and stretches on it to keep limber for ballet (the boys, not the girls). Others like that it’s big enough and grippy enough to lay their sheet music on while they sit on the other one and practice guitar/cello/ukulele (the girls, not the boys). All in all, we like them. The kids DID say it took a loooong time to blow them up with the included foot pump but they’re lightweights who have never had to blow up a king sized air mattress, for their parents, by mouth, on the “fun” family camping trip to the Colorado Rockies.

I dont use for yoga l use the ball to keep my boat cover up to prevent water from pooling on the boat cover. Does the job.

It’s very strong and pliable. Filled it up. Once months later it’s still holding air and it’s used by two people.

Love the quality of the Trideer Yoga Ball!! Just had complete lumbar fusion surgery and the ball is making a difference in the back pain level by stretching with it as the support.

I one of these at the recommendation of my Physical Therapist - not this specific one; but a burst proof exercise ball. I use it to do dumbbell presses on. I have had five shoulder surgeries and decades of lifting and powerlifting have taken its toll. I have significant osteoarthritis in both shoulders; and my surgeon told me after the last one that It is not a matter of if youll need a shoulder replacement, but when. My PT recommended this as a way to keep lifting and extend the life of my shoulders, especially the worse one. I havent done anything crazy; but have used 40lb dumbbells in each hand a couple times; and regularly use 30 or 35lb dumbbells. Between my weight and the dumbbells it is holding over 250 (or more) pounds. I have never felt that there was the slightest risk of a burst. Would definitely recommend.
