There are great radios of the farm. They work great with new employees because there is only a squelch. We can get up to 10 miles range in the mountains and 20 in the valleys with the right antenna. This cb sounds and receives great, I escort oversize loads all over the USA, so far I havnt had any problems, we talk at ranges up to a mile, everyone says Im loud and clear. I have a single 2 foot firestick antenna mounted on roof of F150

These radios are a great value for the money. There is an almost zero learning curve to using them and they work quite well.

I bought this with a decent sized antenna to be able to monitor highway chatter. The only time I was able to make out actual words was in a traffic jam with lots of trucks around. The noise interference was so bad I took it out of my truck at the end of the day. Its just not useable to hear or talk on while travelling on a highway.

Item arrived on time in good condition was easy to install and works well.
