> 3 dayJust what i been looking for every other kit i bought or came with my portable air conditioners are either huge and super long and require a saw …this fits perfectly with my weird size window and no saw was needed

17-04-2025Was not sure how this would be but it was decent quality and easy to install. The window seal kit that came with the A/C was long gone and I needed a new one and this worked perfectly.

> 3 dayIf your window is somewhere roughly between 17 inch and 21 inch you will need to cut the back plate down to size as the circular duct attachment protrudes out the back. Pretty expensive for what it is but then it appears they all are.

> 3 dayThe hose hole is too close to the edge making a really bad angle when the kit is in the window - the foam provided is not enough to rectify for my windows. Also, I have a 34 inch window and had to cut the extended plastic in order for it to fit - all of the pieces shouldnt have been the same size! Definitely would not recommend due to the numerous hassles even though its a good price.

> 3 dayThe vent kit that originally came with my Frigidaire portable unit was pretty bizarre, and was too large to fit in my pretty standard size upstairs window. I ended up accidentally breaking it try to make it fit. This was an incredibly simple fix that worked well that I should have bought months sooner.

> 3 dayThe original kit that came with my air conditioner was way too short to fit my window. Apparently air conditioner manufacturers think no window should be more than 2 ft tall. Works great, remains stable, and is a decent price.

> 3 dayNot sturdy when put together and installed. There’s no way to strengthen it. Waste of money if you’re using it in sliding glass door.
