I have been using Victornox knives for over 20 years . I love them ! When I am cutting potatoes,apples, carrots and more my hands doesnt get fatigued. They are light weight, sharp and strong. We have given these Victornox knives as gifts for years.

They are very very sharp , please be careful with your fingers for the first 2 weeks ! Otherwise they are excellent knives !
