Superb! Cut through anything. Compare to those thousand dollar knife sets at Costco for a fraction of the cost. With one exception they cut better. Great purchase

best knife ever made, and now I have four! best day in the kitchen.

Given how useful these utility knives are, its nice to keep a few around. I use them for peeling pineapple (you want a slightly flexible knife like these), cutting cheese, even slicing vegetables when my chefs knife is otherwise occupied. The tang is well-seated in the handle, at least for an inexpensive plastic knife, and the blade is quite sharp. Its going to last a few years. Great value. If you already have a basic set of really good knives, this is a great complement.
