These little babies are the sharpest little rascals I have ever met. You apply so little pressure when you slice any veggie

Given how useful these utility knives are, its nice to keep a few around. I use them for peeling pineapple (you want a slightly flexible knife like these), cutting cheese, even slicing vegetables when my chefs knife is otherwise occupied. The tang is well-seated in the handle, at least for an inexpensive plastic knife, and the blade is quite sharp. Its going to last a few years. Great value. If you already have a basic set of really good knives, this is a great complement.

easy to use

These are now my go to knife! I pick these over my Cutco knives. Works so well with so many different textures of food.

I have several of these utility knives. They retain their sharpness. The bright colors allows easy location. They make a wonderful gift, especially to an established home.

I got 2 of these knifes in Germany several years ago and use them for everything. They are easy to hold and I love the curved tips so I dont cut myself when using or hand-washing them. They are very sharp and cut through meat, vegetables, fruit and bread with very little effort. I love the bright colors too!

They are priced very well and definitely a good knife for the low price.
