This Wavlink docking station works great for my Dell Latitude 5300. It is true plug and play with no software to install. I had been searching for a docking station that did not connect to my laptop via the C Port, as I needed that for an external touchscreen monitor. This is the perfect solution for that problem since it plugs in via USB. The monitor output is great. I dont see any decreased resolution whatsoever and the docking station came with several adapters so I had no problems getting two monitors hooked up.

I have a lot of peripheral devices, including multiple displays, that I use with my laptop at my work station. It is a real pain to connect/disconnect all of them. This docking station was the answer to this problem. With the vertical form it keeps everything neat with most connections in the back but still has 4 USB-3.0 ports and a headset jack available from the front. It has enough weight to remain stable. I like this much better than those that lay flat.

Some would sayI have too many devices attached to my laptop which has only 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports. This product is my latest attempt to find something that works well for me both in terms of functionality and physical characteristics. This docking station gives me enough USB ports to supplement what I already have in a Thunderbolt dock and that is just what I wanted it for. I didnt measure data transfer rates and other performance factors but I also didnt notice any issues. There is a bonus feature I didnt expect: Display Link support lets me use an additional monitor. The laptop I have supports only two screens - the laptop screen itself and one additional monitor. Having two real monitors is a nice luxury that one can get attached to. Seeing the DL capability, I pulled an older monitor out of the closet and connected it to the HDMI port on the docking station. Once I installed the DL driver I downloaded from Synaptics and configured the set up I had two 24 monitors up and running. (FWIW I have the laptop on a shelf - its open and sometimes I do use it as a third screen.) [A note to Mac users. Apple TV+ on a Mac will not work with DL so when I want to watch TV+ I have to stop the driver. It is easy to start and restart so it isnt a big issue but it did take a little Internet searching to figure out. The problem has nothing to do with the docking station itself.] The photos in the product listing do a good job of showing the docking station from different angles so you can see the connections so I just provided a single image so you can see how Im using it. I think this is a great product.

Had an older model that gave me so many problems. This one is fantastic. Just instal the drivers from their website and everything works like a charm. Amazing quality, zero lag, fast charging for Macbook Pro and PC. Highly recommend!

I’m in the process of setting up my home office and one device after another seems to clutter my desktop and it takes away from both the function and clean look that I want but this universal laptop docking station is working out better than I thought it would. First, I’ve been able to connect both my HP Win 11 laptop and my MacBook Pro to it. It also offers several USB connections that both the new MacBook Pro and HP laptops lack. Previously I had dongles coming out of both of them. Right now, it’s still on my desktop, beneath the dual monitor arms but I have a friend printing a bracket so I can mount it under the desktop on the opposite side of the desk lift button. It’s a sizable piece of equipment but, it has a lot of features and most of all, it works great!

I’ve used multiple Wavlink docks at my work. This is my go-to brand. I purchased the WAVLINK USB 3.0 Universal Laptop Docking Station Dual Monitor for Windows and Mac for this reason. My wife works from home and has a MacBook laptop with 1 monitor. She also needs multiple USB ports. This Wavlink dock has 6 USB ports. It is a powered dock, vs a port replicator, so you need to have power nearby. This is a great dock if you are running 2 monitors with your laptop. One monitor needs to be VGA or DVI, while the other can be HDMI. You also get a network connection. I wish this dock had 2 HDMI ports and a couple of USB-C ports, but it doesn’t. This is a solid dock that should meet your needs if it has all the ports you need.

This is compatible with my windows PC. You are able to connect your laptop to two additional monitors. It has an ethernet port, 6 usb ports, and port for connection of earphones. It is made of good quality aluminum. The unit is sturdy and well made. Everything works well and connects easily.

This dock was easy to setup and use. I managed to train my 73-year old student to use it and disassemble it when not in use with ease. That makes a huge difference for me.
