> 3 dayPacked well the blades were sealed to keep them sharp. SSI far the durability has held up, Ive only used it 3 times. Still has a sharp edge.

> 3 dayUnfortunately this bit just didnt last long before it started burning the surface of my projects. I used this to surface pine boards ony CNC and it worked great at first but it wasnt long before it started having issues.

> 3 dayI will admit, i just got this bit and Ive only flattened one walnut slab.. that being said, cuts like butter. I would be extremely surprised to find a better flattening bit at this price range that can perform as well. Awesome product!! Would love to try the 6220 when i can.

Greater than one weekI just purchased a cnc router and needed a surfacing bit for my wasteboard. After doing a little research and asking some friends, they suggested this Whiteside bit. There are other, more expensive bits out there but since Im just starting off, I thought Id give this one a try. Worked very well for my needs and left a very smooth and level surface. Surfacing MDF produces a ton of dust so make sure you have a decent dust collection system or enclosure and of course, wear a mask when working with MDF. For the price and quality, I felt it was a solid buy.

> 3 dayI bought this bit to level and flatten some live edge rounds. I made a special table with adjustable rails and a trough to run a router back and forth across the rounds. The bit worked perfectly in my setup. My only regret is that I probably should have bought a wider bit to minimize the number of passes.

Greater than one weekI bought this for stock and spoil board surfacing on my CNC router. This is a very well-made product, and worth the money. My only caveat is that, if you plan on using this on a large piece (my spoil board is 3 x 4), it may be worthwhile to buy a larger bit. A 1 surfacing bit will get the job done a lot faster. Be wary of Big Box MDF when using this bit. Ive twice encountered staples buried in the middle of MDF. The most recent encounter did some damage to this bit.
