UPDATE: 10-27 Stopped working with Alexa. I had to factory reset delete the skill re enable the skill still wont work. Basically a POS. Really sad because at first I thought these were junk, then they worked (after some effort) now they stopped working with Alexa and I cannot get them to function properly. Crap, stay away from this product you get what you pay for. I had trouble getting one of the devices to connect to wifi even though they were both in the same place when I was setting them up. A second plug barely fits if it has a ground. Will update after usage.

In order to use this device, you have to download yet another app called Smart Life, set up the plug and then add it to the Alexa skills. I have not been able to figure out how to turn on the fan for 6 hours in the laundry room. I can turn it on but not schedule it to turn it off. The app is in very MVP mode. When you click on many of the buttons you get this is for demo only message. Hopefully they are counting clicks to see where people are looking to use the app.

I love these plugs. I realize that sometimes an electronic device may not work correctly and anything will have a bad review from time to time, but these are legit. Be patient setting up and read first and they will connect just fine. The app is awesome and then enable alexa and your golden. I have many of these in my house and they are all on a schedule, plus the app will override whenever you want from anywhere, and then when you home just ask your device to turn on or off and it is pretty sweet. On a few of these I have plugged in more than one thing as well and still have no trouble.

Easy to set up and use with amazon echo dot. These were the best price I could find for a pair or set of four so I bought another pair two days after the first set set arrived!

Work well. Easy to set up. Downside is the shape. Hard to fit 2 cords into 1 wall outlet. Smaller Square shape work better.

I was a bit hesitant about how these would work, but set up was a breeze. The app works fine and works with Alexa. I use one for my kitchen cabinet lighting. No more reaching behind appliances to turn them on. The other on a light fixture that doesnt have a normal size bulb. There is no dimming function, but works fine.

I have six of these now and absolutely love them, they work with Echo, are super easy to set a timer and look good. I do wish they were slightly smaller in size because they make using the other outlet impossible unless it is a normal plug. So for example, I can not plug in an iphone charger in the other outlet.

They hooked up and worked great for about a month, but then they quit responding to Alexa, and then they went totally off-line. After fighting with them for about an hour, I got them both back online (one went immediately back off though). The one that is still online is not discoverable by Alexa anymore though, so I am stuck using my phone to turn it off and on. Sucks. Now I have the hassle of trying to return this junk through Amazon. Update: a half hour after the first one disconnected for the second time, the second one disconnected again as well. I got on YouTube and verified I was doing everything right. AVOID THESE PLUGS!

I got these for Christmas and really didnt get what to do with them. We put one on our fan in the bedroom and programmed it to go on before bed and off after we get up. I use the other one on my straightener since I often forget to turn it off. I installed the app on my phone so I can check remotely and turn it off it I find I have left it on. Now that I have them I can think of lots of uses for them.

These work well when connected to WIFI. It takes a little bit more time to activate and program than I anticipated. The only quirk is when you need to adjust the schedule when the time changes at the seasons. I discovered you have to delete both on and off times, and basically start the scheduling feature all over.
