Cannot get it to work. I have a dozen other smart switches and plugs. Ive been able to get all of them working, but this one just refuses to play. Of course I waited too long to try it out, so Amazons return window is closed. Thats what I get for buying something that Amazon was trying to get rid of I suppose. Even if I got it to work, you should know that the outlets are NOT individually switched.

I have been using it for well over a month now and am completely satisfied with it. A little pricey but works just as advertised.

Weird setup... app is ehhhhh sorta friendly but leans on not user friendly. Biggest gripe... lasted literally just over a year. Brought late November of 208. Now mid December for a second Christmas and it just stopped working...

I have a WINK hub2 and I thought it would have work with it but it didnt yet bought it for it being able to automate it and indeed it works flawlessly with my Note4 enabled app

Update: Customer service replaced the initial unit very quickly under their manufacturer warrantee. The replacement is working well. Much happier. Updated to 3 stars. Once its shown to be reliable, I will update further..... Original worked OK for three months and I was quite happy, but then failed. Input power (110V) is fine, but no lights, no Wi-Fi connection, and most importantly, no power light. I reset it, but it just sits there with no lights on. Hard to call this anything but a paperweight at this point. Contacting the manufacturer to get a warrantee return. Will update if something changes. .../Mike

Would have rated it a five last year but changed my router (different internet provider) now the signal doesnt show up on .phone AND no way to reset the WiOn. NO RESET. CRAZY. Wrote the company to ask what to do and NO REPLY. RIDICULOUS. Now I have an outdoor paper weight, but no paper out there. I found a phone number on the website they finally called me back after my second call a week after the first call. A reset exists. Just hold the switch button down when plugging in the power. When blue light stops flashing it is reset then release. Works fine now. 3 stars for poor instructions, slow service, and no info on website.
