Greater than one weekWould have rated it a five last year but changed my router (different internet provider) now the signal doesnt show up on .phone AND no way to reset the WiOn. NO RESET. CRAZY. Wrote the company to ask what to do and NO REPLY. RIDICULOUS. Now I have an outdoor paper weight, but no paper out there. I found a phone number on the website they finally called me back after my second call a week after the first call. A reset exists. Just hold the switch button down when plugging in the power. When blue light stops flashing it is reset then release. Works fine now. 3 stars for poor instructions, slow service, and no info on website.

> 3 dayThe best invention yet. Was able to auto setup when the outside lights came on and shut off. Could interrupt the scheduled time if needed. Once each outlet device was linked to the home wifi, any additional devices the controller app was downloaded to instantly had control of the lights.

> 3 dayThe setup proved to be easier than I thought and once the stake was set I forgot about it. It worked like a charm in any weather. Definitely recommend.

> 3 dayThis item is cool...i know its just a plug, but being able to manage it from our phone is really cool. easy set up, i figured it out, so most can. set it like an alarm clock sets, really simple. Using for Christmas lights, will buy more for other outdoor needs

Greater than one weekMine works great. I know theres been some negative reviews of this, but mine is hooked up outside to my rope lights, stereo speakers.....and it hasnt let me down. If you use it with Amazon Echo just tell Alexa to turn it on. I ordered a second one.

> 3 dayAfter playing with the tp-link/kasa indoor smart plugs this feels rather old fashioned, you need to go into the wifi settings and connect directly to it manually, then go into the app, rather than do everything from the app. Instructions say once connected it will ask for router and password, but it never does. I was only able to setup a schedule and use it as a timed outlet with my current phone, however that leaves it sitting as an open access point anyone can connect to and change at will and isnt quite what I was expecting from the instructions or description. Googling everything refers to wionproducts.com, but that is a dead site as of Sept 28, 2018 according to godaddys This Web page is parked page which doesnt bode well for future updates. I finally figured it out reading that the app says it works with android 4 I dusted off my ancient Motorola Droid Razr M (android 4.4) and got it to connect to the router and it did what the instructions say it will! Once connected to the router my current android phone can use it now, but you need an old phone to set it up initially if you are using android, android 9 doesnt appear to work with the setup part of the app. I was going to give 2 stars, but bumpped up to 3 based on the low price. Once I got past the setup hurdles it does work but it is not in the same category as more modern smart outlets. (dated app, no google support, no ifttt support, etc.)

> 3 dayI have been using this Wi-Fi plug for more than a month now and I am very happy with it. The Wi-Fi plug is working fine even when there was raining continuously for more than 2 days. The Android-App was a bit confusing in the first few minutes to set it up, after watching a youtube video it became very easy and now I have I setup a timer schedule and this Wi-Fi plug is coming up on and shutting down perfectly at the scheduled timings. Very happy with the product.

> 3 daySo the device works okay except when it rains. This should be shrouded and protected from some of the down pours. The system gets wet easily and if the circuit is a GFI, it will trip in a moment. I decided to take the guts out of the manufacturers enclosure and put it in my own IP65 enclosure and all my problems went away.
