Very good product. Smelled a little bit at first but an afternoon out in the sun got rid of it. My birds are a little scared of it but the seeds are helping them with that.

The first one I ordered was missing the bolts for the perch. The replacement they sent me was missing...THE PERCH!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! This is a carrier for a bird! The most important thing is the perch! Without being able to use a perch in it makes the carrier useless to me! Ultimately I used parts from the original carrier sent to me & the replacement. That said, after the headache of all the shipment missing things nonsense, the carrier itself is ok. It is a mix of good and bad quality. For just about $50 I think it all should be good quality. The bottom insert will definitely crack at some point & depending on your bird, your bird might bite it up. It is a thin piece of plastic like the kind used in potted flowers for sale. Im hoping we get at least 2 years out of it.

The transparent plastic on the sides will not stand the wrath of a parrot beak. Clearly not designed by parrot owners. It took 3 minutes for my Quaker to realize where to start digging and biting, to get his way out. It is very pretty though, but not practical longterm. This represents a risk for transporting parrots.

I was told its big for budgies, but I think this is the right size. Giving my budgies enough space while in transit was the priority which this product delivered. The first thing I liked about the carrier was the quality, its sturdy but flexible and easy to assemble. The tray made my day, it adds a little to the weight but cleaning will be much easier. What I like most about the carrier is how the view has been limited to the front and sides. Im not an expert but I find that help a lot keeping the birds from getting stressed or spooked by things moving over or beind them.

This is a great carrier; the top is covered so they wont be afraid of predators or get overwhelmed. My cockatiel cant hurt herself in it either. Just wish the price was lower!

Asked for the bookbag recieved a tiny duffle bag that looks nothing like the picture dont buy the duffle bag btw it sucks

It looks really good and was simple to put together. I felt the picture was a little misleading because the plastic is soft and not ridged as I thought from the photos. I feel it is still worth the $50 tho and would recommend it to any of my friends for purchase.
