These are good carabiners, I don’t know that I will use them for life support anymore. I was climbing DdRT and 50-60’ up into a tree I notice the carabiner is getting hot. Nothing was rubbing against it, I came down and put a petzl beaner in place. Great for rigging or holding other things around your harness, don’t recommend for life support.

Quality stuff

Product works as advertised locking mechanism turns easily and smoothly. Will give it another star once Ive used it under heavy load conditions plus 500 lbs hanging weight and retest the locking mechanism.

The carabiner has lived up to what it said it would do. Great product and very useful in climbing which is what I got these for. I have been very pleased with its performance.

Fit and finish are excellent and they have eben serving me well. I have only done short practice rigging test drops but no deformation has occurred. They are easy to use with different size ropes. They dont handle my bull ropes so no risk of using them where it is not appropriate.
