I bought these for my seven cats after realizing they’ve been leaving food behind around the rim of the bowl. Well i bought these hoping it would help and since i learned that cats can get whisker fatigue and this really helped a lot ! It was kind of pricey buying it for 7 cats but you do what you gotta do for your fur babies.

This bowl has made a huge difference for my old kitty. I took me some time to figure out that my cat wasnt eating because he was very uncomfortable being hunched over his bowl. I started doing various things to make meal time more comfortable and found that elevating his dish greatly increased his food intake, and really boosted his health and energy level. Fast forward to last week, I happened on this bowl on Amazon and after reading a few reviews, bought it without hesitation. I read some negative reviews about poor packaging, but mine came packaged very securely in a foam cube. I will say that it seems a bit fragile, but no more so that most of my stoneware dishes. Bottom line, my poor old cat is comfortable and eating, so its worth the money. BTW, most of us spend more on a weeks worth of cat food than the cost of this bowl.

This product has been great for my cat. He loves it and stays interested in eating for longer. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality too. It is heavy and sturdy

Overall very satisfied with this bowl. It’s the perfect height for my kitty so she doesn’t have to hunker down and eat.

Delivered with care; the bowl was encased in a styrofoam box : ( (maybe the shipper can figure out a cardboard product other than styrofoam because many cities dont have a styrofoam recycling program--- a lot ends up in a landfill, gets buried so it doesnt break down. Anyhu, the bowl is fairly big so we decided to use it for water. Cats took to it immediately. There were some sharp ceramic spots along the base, that sits in the counter, so we took a piece of sandpaper & smoothed it out before it could scratch the kitchen countertop. Nice dish, good height for the older cat as well as our kitten, and sturdy! Would buy again if theres a smaller size for food bowls.

Ordered 2 of these bowls after friends suggested I try raised bowls to help alleviate my 12 y/o cats vomiting. I havent had them long enough to tell if THAT works but the bowls themselves are very nice. I searched online looking at several & liked the height of this bowl, higher than others Id seen. My cats can stand up & eat. No crouching at all. I had never heard of whisker fatigue but apparently its a thing. These bowls are nice & wide & shallow to the cats whiskers dont get tickled. The capacity is great & will accommodate enough food either dry or wet. They are attractive looking, sturdy, and very easy to wash & clean....Now if it helps with the hairballs & other regurgitation I will be a very happy cat owner.

Its cute but didnt seem to help with my cat vomiting and the mess he leaves around the dish. But I still like it.

I like this so much I’ve bought three, though one was to replace a broken one (it isn’t fragile, I just have a cat that likes to break things) The bowl part is nice and wide and also has a little depth to it. It also seems to be a good height for my two cats. I’ve never noticed them having whisker fatigue but I thought it couldn’t hurt just in case and I like that it isn’t plastic so no harmful chemicals.

I decided to switch from plastic food bowls to ceramic ones as an effort to cut down the amount of plastic exposures for my two cats. I purchased two bowls, while one was perfect, the other one was a tiny bit wobbly at the bottom (it was not at all significant, only noticed because I have another one as comparison). Im so glad both of my cats have adopted to eating from these higher bowls immediately since they have never used elevated food bowls. I think they love them too as the height made it easier to eat. In terms of cleaning I do need to scrub them every time I feed my cats vs just wiping down the surface. I do feed them wet food and the dried up wet food tends to stick to the bowl. Overall this is a good product and I would recommend it.
