Had issues getting it to connect initially Once connected was still confused a bit but reading directions helped Was able to get it connect and print test print - not bad The print is not awful but did not seem that dark but perhaps just me So far seems to work as expected though and no other issues with it Have not had to print a lot yet with it so cant say how things will hold up

Highly recommend this if you print a lot of labels! I used to print out the labels on a regular printer and then cut them out and tape them, this is so much easier! Ive been using it for a few days and its been great so far. It takes a little time to set up but once you are done its fairly easy to use. In order to print the labels, you do have to save them to your phone and then print. It takes an extra step but for me its totally worth it. When I turn the printer on it doesnt take long to connect either. Highly recommend! Worth the money.

This thing was a breeze from the get go. Setting up the stand for the paper was easy - I didnt even need the instructions. Then setting up the printer itself - i do have to admit Im only using this on my phone, but its been a breeze. The app is so easy to use. At first I had trouble with my Fold 3 connecting to it, so I used my iPhone and that worked. But the next day, my Fold 3 could connect to it and printed out fine. Love having this shipping label printer, and highly recommend it.

Ive been using this label printer for a few weeks now and Im really happy with it. Its small and lightweight, so its easy to move around, and it prints labels quickly and easily. I use it to print shipping labels for my online business, and its been a lifesaver. The labels are clear and easy to read, and they stick well to packages. Ive also used it to print labels for my home office, and its worked great for that too. I would definitely recommend this label printer to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable option.

I had no setup issues at all. And printing via Bluetooth allows me to put this in a cabinet and not out in the open. ( only because its not what I use much)

This bluetooth thermal printer works really well for printing labels. I tested it using a PDF for a return label and it worked great. It took me about 45 minutes to set the machine up and troubleshoot some issues, but the instructions are great. It includes both a paper instruction booklet (what I used) as well as a drive with video instructions. It comes with a small set of 4X6 labels, so youll need to order more if you plan to do a lot of printing right off of the bat. The footprint is really small (so much smaller than my old printer). If you have to do a lot of labels at once (for reselling) I bet it would work great!

I run a small business from home where I’m required to send out packages, this little thermal printer does exactly what I need it to. I’ve seen better on the market but for the price this one is fine. There is a small learning curve and the app has improved a lot. There is still much room for improvement on the software side but with a few updates hopefully it gets better. Still 5/5 stars.

The printer consistently produced blurry and smudged labels and the printer often experienced connectivity issues. It would frequently disconne or fail to connect all together, requiring me to troubleshoot and reconnect repeatedly. This not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary frustration. properly not going to purchase thermal label printer ever again.

The pro of this printer is that you dont need ink, and its Bluetooth. The cons, you can print only in black or white.. some images BW dont even come out good

I had a thermal printer previously but it wasnt bluetooth enabled. That means I had to keep it plugged into the computer and go to the computer every time that I wanted to print a label. With this printer I can print directly from my phone using the app. Ive printed shipping labels, stickers, etc. The printer was easy to set up. I lvoe that it includes the roll holder and accessories. Also, they included a USB adapter that takes it from USB to USB-C which is convenient.
