If you print a lot of shipping labels, this is perfect. It comes with a bunch of blank labels as well so you shouldnt need to buy any for a bit. This thermal printer can print both connected to a pc or over bluetooth. Very easy to setup as the instructions are very clear and dont leave much room for misunderstanding.

Simple printer to use. Didnt have any issues connecting with it. I dont use it frequently, so I cant say how it would handle large quantities of prints, but for me, its great.

I had wanted this label maker to make them swift, neat & fast. Sorry for but this just doesn’t do the job. It’s none of this things. In fact I could have written out about 20 labels in the same time!!

This label printer is super fast and comes with sheets of sticky labels to get you started. But this printer uses ordinary thermal labels from Staples or OfficeMax etc. Bluetooth integration with a phone is super easy with their app, I havent tried it with a computer and USB but Im thinking itll work pretty much the same way. Labels are dark and very legible and they print in about 3 seconds or so. This comes with a plastic label stand too to store the labels to be fed into the printer. There is no battery power so it needs to be plugged in, just keep that in mind .

The main feature that I like about this label maker is the easy of use and connectivity. No weird USB-B printer cables or requirement to connect to your local network. Simple Bluetooth allows printing on the go when travelling for work. Print quality is similar to other thermal label printers I have tried, maybe a little bit lighter than average but nothing that impacts legibility or ability to scan barcodes.

The included installation instructions make it much more difficult than it should be to install this on a Windows computer. It states you must hardwire it first and install the USB drivers. I found this not to be the case. All I had to do was search for Bluetooth devices and it was found and installed. It does show an error that states there is not a driver available for this device but it still works. I got this error regardless of installing the USB driver first or not and its only visible in the printer settings area. Once Bluetooth is paired it prints perfectly. Now the app for Android is another story. I simply cannot get it to find the printer and apparently Im not the only one. Hopefully there is an update to the app that allows it to find the printer. I can pair it directly to my phone, but it still is not recognized in the app. This makes printing from your phone useless. Update: I was able to get the app working with help from customer service. Appreciative of the support.

I have had other label printers, but this was the first one I got that was bluetooth connected. I wasnt sure if it will be responsive enough (print lots at once) but turned out to work just fine. The installation was pretty simple, and the pairing process was very normal. It prints like printing to a normal printer The quality is average as it is a thermal printer, and requires proper labels for it to print. In other words, it doesnt use ink. The speed is quite fast and it works very well. Great label printer for light to medium duty.

the large paper to fit this printer, but it didnt work, so this printer needs a fixed paper size, you may need to check with the seller before buying. It is undeniable that it is indeed very convenient, the machine is small, does not take up too much space on the desktop, and is very easy to store when not in use. But it does not print as well as ink printers.

Unlike some others, you dont need specific software to print to this printer. They give you a link to the printer driver that you can install on your computer. In addition to shipping labels, I have been able to create documents in Word to print to the thermal printer. Since its a thermal printer, it will only be black and white, but there are still uses for that. For example, I flew with two cardboard boxes that I checked as luggage. I was able to create name tags with travel info for them and print onto 4x6 labels to stick on the boxes. Currently Im working on using the 4x6 labels to create bottle labels for my homebrew beer bottles. So you dont have to limit yourself to shipping labels with this printer.

Download a label to print, but doesnt know how it work. Couldnt find the upload option it in the app.
