Does not work with Vivint system. Returned.

Bought a few of these to add to my HomeAssistant Zwave mesh. Added to HomeAssistant with no issues. Have a light connected to the smart plug and a dehumidifier connected to the always on. Been rock solid thus far.

Update 4 months later. 5 stars to 1 star. Outlet no longer responds to smartthings. It will report its state(on or off) but it will not respond to on or off commands via smartthings or alexa. Attempted to remove device and re pair, but it does not show up. It is a paperweight now. Power load on device was 8 watts. Should not have died with such little amperage. This paired with smartthings very easily. I use it to automatically turn on the under cabinet lights when there is motion. I like that it leaves enough access to the other outlet on the wall. The second unswitched output is a big plus. Alexa found it no problem.

The product listing shows a UL label on the back of the device. However they dont actually have a UL label. Searching for the UL number in the photo it comes up with a different manufacturers product. This is not UL listed.

I have had no problems with several of these units.

Easy to install.

This dimmer is extremely effective and is uniquely useful as it is the only lamp dimmer I have found for sale which works with lamps that need a ground pin. I would absolutely love to give this 5 stars if I could but its reliability has stopped me. The first one I brought completely died within a few days of purchase. The second has lasted longer but occasionally still crashes, no longer responding to commands untill it is unplugged for a while and plugged back in. If this dimmer was a little more reliable it would be absolutely perfect.

This was very easy to connect in SmartThings. I use it to control the speed of an 8 duct fan that I use to bring in outside air. Using SmartThings and this dimmer In combination with a temperature/humidity sensor, I am able to create rules such as, if the temperature gets to 80 degrees, turn up fan speed to bring in additional outside air. After purchasing this, I found a couple of similar items with lower prices, but I stuck with this because it is working so well.

Great outlet

I use z wave for our reptile terrariums. I bought this one to replace one that had failed. After about 6 months it started to behave erratic and I dont think it could stand the daily usage from sunrise to sunset doing 600w
