Just right

I bought this to make a 200+lb dumbell for singe arm Kroc rows. This thing is the perfect length, and stronger than anything at the gym. I just bought a cheap bicycle grip for the center and it holds standard plates like it was made for them (I only use 10s and 5s). You can then use standard spring collars, or like me, get the standard lockjaw collars. Great for a Herculean home gym.

I read the reviews and assumed there was only the 1” bar. I incorrectly ordered the 0.125” bar. There is no return policy. The good thing was the bar was delivered faster than expected. Please pay attention to the diameter when ordering!
