> 3 dayI recently purchased a Cisco Nexus 3064-X with 48 10Gbps SFP+ ports. I needed something that would allow me to connect a FreeNas sever with 2 10Gbps RJ45 Nics to my new switch. I took a chance and purchased four of these and quality CAT8 Cables to ensure I would have a solid 10Gbps link to the new switch. These have worked flawlessly so far. I now have two 10Gbps links to my FreeNAS server and I used the other two to connect my pfSense Router to the Nexus using LACP. The pfSense router does not have 10Gbps Nics but it had no problems negotiating a 1Gbps link to each port in the LAG. More time will tell if these are rock solid but so far so good. TLDR: I have four of these in my Cisco Nexus 3064-X. So far I have had zero problems.

> 3 dayAs of 1 week of operation, the optics work great in my Netgear NS510TX switches. I am not experiencing over-heating or connection problems as other reviews state. Switch port stats dont show any errors or drops. Time will tell how the optics due over the long haul.

> 3 dayBunch of these in a fat MicroTik switch alongside some fiber runs make for a very robust house network. So far these are running beastmode. Even better they came in cute little individual tins that the wifey repurposed in to succulent pots.
