> 3 dayThis works well with my Aruba S2500-48P switch, and should work with the Aruba S3500 too. These switches are known to be picky with SFP+ modules, but since these modules are coded as 10GBASE-SR, it does a good job of tricking the switch into enabling them. This is the output of show interface transceivers: GE0/1/1 ------- Vendor Name : OEM Vendor Serial Number : <removed from review> Vendor Part Number : SFP-10G-SR Aruba Certified : NO Cable Type : 10GBASE-SR Connector Type : LC Wave Length : 850 nm

> 3 daySeemed to work fine out of the box but have yet to get 10G connection to 10G switch with 50 ft. type 7 shielded cable. Best connection has been 5G. Other things could be effecting it... I also get an occasional drop signal but it is brief and could be caused by the speed of this connection.

> 3 dayI am using this transceiver in my TP-Link T1700G-28TQ switch to connect my NUC11PAHi5 at 2.5Gb/s to my NAS on a 10G SR port. The transceiver was plug and play with this switch and the NUC happily autonegotiated at 2.5Gb/s. Throughput is exactly what Id expect.

> 3 dayNeeded a pair of CISCO SM OPTICS modules ASAP and had to be direct plug compatible. True name brand CISCO modules cost 20x or 30x more and are semi constrained due to logistics and supply chain issues. The packaging is unusual (metal box) but who cares. They worked.
