I use this oil for a variety of uses. I like it better than the 3-in-one red can. Homx Depxx does not carry it so I bought it online. I am happy to find it here and it is priced about equal to what I can buy it for locally but I do not have to drive to get it. I use it to lubricate electric motors and just about anything that needs light oil. It really fixed up my Dewalt compound miter saws motor and belt drive bearings which got dry. Its really handy stuff.

I used to use wd40 with my fans, but it doesnt work well, until I found this on youtube. the first day when I receiced it, I fixed my two fans with noise, now they work very well.

Container is easy to open and easy to use, without making any mess, if youre careful. Can was so fairly slim and easy to work with in the space I had available for repair. Used the oil on an old oscillating fan I have outdoors. Fan motor would hum but no movement at all. If youve ever experienced this issue, you can sometimes spin the fan manually and it will gradually work by itself after that initial force. So for my particular repair, theres pieces of rubber that dry out because I have the fan outside on my patio, in constant hot and humid weather (S. Texas locale). Oil was not available at my closest Walmart and I didnt want to make the drive to Home Depot or Lowes. Shipping on this was slower than they estimated, though it was free. The can came out to just over $9, if I recall correctly. For my uses, that small can will last me a couple years, so its worth the money to get the right product for the job. Very satisfied with purchase

Even though this oil is relatively cheap, it does the job of oiling very well. I have used it so far for a sliding window screen and the results were great. Good value for the money.

electric table fan has been gradually slowing. cleaning and regreasing the metallic bearings helped for a little while but resistance to rotation was starting to recur. Re-cleaned the bearings and used the 3-in 1 motor oil. Fan spins freely again but being a thin oil, I expect to have to reapply on an annual basis, depending on duration of use of the fan. Smells like oil, not disagreeable. I use this now over the 3-in-1 general purpose oil since it doesnt polymerize to a sticky film ( at least it hasent yet).

A reliable light weight oil. Cap is very difficult to remove so only 4 stars.

I have a couple of those small, black honeywell air circulator fans, and the oil/lubricant that they use in those when assembling them in the factory is absolute rubbish. After a year of constant use the fans were so gummed up that they didnt spin freely. I know we are in an age where everything is disposable, but I really would love to not have to spend $80 on fans every year. So I bought this, and, and put it in all the fans. It works well, incredibly well. The fans spin better than new, in my opinion. From now on all fans I buy will be getting a shot of this

Decent price, usually I lose a small can like this before I use it all up. Electric motor oil it fills the bill.
