This access control setup does exactly what the description says. There are as many features as you could possibly want, set up was super easy. The operation manual is well written and easily understandable. Just a quality product. The only trouble that I had was finding the Android app that would allow me to control this from my phone. I sent the company an email, and they replied with download directions within a couple of hours. If you are considering having someone install an access control panel, but concerned about the cost. TRY THIS ONE FIRST! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! AMAZING SELLER, AMAZING SERVICE!!! I am planning on purchasing 4 more of these exact setups to finish a project for my company.

This system has been great for us. The instructions were good and the support was even better. Emails to support are returned within a day or less (the guy responds from China) and the guy is very helpful. He even helped us with the wiring to integrate this system with a larger older system that was in place previously to us moving in. I would definitely buy again based on the support alone.

This seller says they will support you forever and they mean it. We installed this unit over 2 years ago and the support was great then. I recently had a question and sent them an email and they still responded within an hour with full details of how to address my issue. The system still works great and it saved us thousands of dollars compared to quotes we received to do the same thing. I would highly recommend this product and the seller. Great company!!

Product availability was a major consideration, all the necessary components arrived promptly. It was clearly stated in the description the strikers were not for Push Rod panic exits; no problem, there is a push-rod striker sold by these folks which also arrived promptly. The two top considerations were, in order 1)tech support and 2) replacement part availability. We wish to have a backup power supply and controller board and both are available at a very reasonable price.

Ive had to email for different questions, I get instant replies, get this on weekends; -very technical help, very thorough; -I ran into troubles understand permissions, lock install, and lots of other questions Ive had; -A nice to have: An unrelated question about how to integrate relays (not supported, but they did anyway); -this is a top notch group, very willing to help, with every single email it says we support you forever (not something Im all that familiar with, how cool is that?); -I work in IT, they always say sorry, not us, call such and such, or worse its in the manual - these guys give you a plethora of YouTube links for every question. I was up and running inside of 45 minutes, the app took me 30 mins to figure out, but pretty straight forward once I got all his links (theyve got lots and lots and lots of links). If theres a con, Id say there isnt an install video on how to physically install the strike (they had one, but for the one exception it wasnt quite what I needed). However, I found a number of lock installers DYI YouTube videos, so not an issue. I really like this company, they stand apart from so many. -Theyre a winner outfit, a winner group of people, something youre really lucky to find in todays day and age. How nice. -Id recommend this company to to a family member, a friend, or a stranger. ==Five Stars===

This access control panel is an incredible value. It was easy to install and program. The seller provided excellent support when I had questions about programming.

I found the product to be capable of doing everything advertised. It is amazing all of the features this system has. Installed, setup the controller and started entering employees and access immediately. Had one question about a feature, so sent a request for info, promptly got four e-mails with all of the info I needed and more. I had to use special strikes on a couple of our doors made specifically for them, but I knew that before I ordered the system. Everyone loves the new system, instead of the keyed locks we were using.
