Ive been buying the SwissGear luggages in the past 4 years and have always had good experiences with this brand. This time around however it really disappointed me. The corner of the luggage ripped and broke for almost 2 inches long - see pic. I was shocked and had to go buy a luggage strap to ensure it wont break all the way on the return trip. I will NOT buy another SwissGear luggages going forward for sure!

I really want to like this product because it worked well until the telescoping handle broke and would not raise up anymore. I contacted Swiss multiple times and never received a response or reply as to how to replace per the warranty.

This bag is spacious, stylish and performs exceptionally! Very happy with the wheels and storage capacity. It’s sturdy and sleek which I need for all of my traveling, the perfect upgrade from my old luggage!

Checked bags fees are $30 bucks. I used my carry on one trip so far and saved $60 in checked baggage fees. One more trip and it’s paid off. I was able to fit a weeks worth of cloths, all my hygiene products, and a few items purchased on my trip. Great investment

Great luggage, the outside marks easily.

I took this through two airports and it rolled very easily. The case is actually lighter than a smaller underseat carry on that I bought around the same time. I did not use the lock that came with the case however.

Love this rolling Hard Case and Im in Shock that the handle just broke 10 minutes ago running to LAX in the rain!

This is sturdy, well constructed suitcase that its easy to pack and organize. The wheels are well built and can take a pounding. This is my go-to brand for all things related to bags!
