I don’t know about you, but I am the kind of girl that likes to match my bag when I travel. This shade of gold goes perfectly with so many different outfits and is a nice neutral that is easy to match with a personal item bag. The separate compartments keep everything nice and tidy. Had no issues flying as my carry on with American Airlines and it was very easy to roll on all for wheels.

Had this luggage for a few years, handle broke when trying to collapse the telescope. Contacted SwissGear requesting a simple replacement part, received a two page dissertation on all the steps one would have to take for resolution. No response to request just to send a new handle. Frustrating. Accidentally went to Victronix thinking it was SwissGear, they responded instantly and followed up a with a survey on their service. I know who I will go to for a replacement.

I love the compartments and the weight of the bag.

First flight with this bag and it already broke

This bag seems very good so far but I am very good at rapidly aging suitcases. It has survived being loaded and unloaded from airplanes 12 times in 3 weeks. Hardly a scratch showing so far. Most bags don’t last through a year of airline abuse for me and no bag warranty covers damage by baggage handlers. I will update as it begins to accumulate damage.

I actually bought this item for a special event, diner en blanc, an all white party. I love that it has a place for a battery pack and usb access on the outside of the luggage. Its lightweight and great quality. Very happy!

The built in charger works great, the small compartments throughout the inside are good for separating the contents and the hard shell exterior works well. Would definitely recommend.
