> 3 dayThis is a very nice suitcase, and it’s cool that you can hook it up to your charger. I have taken it on one trip so far, as a carry on, and had no problems whatsoever, It appears sturdy, and the outside is textured, and must be at least somewhat scratch resistant because it still looks brand new.

> 3 dayThis suitcase is surprisingly very lightweight which allows you to maximize contents! I was able to pack 4 kids worth of clothing for a one week trip along with some shoes, and didnt near the 50 lb. limit. Also, I like that it has a divider to help keep things in place. This is our first hardside piece of luggage. I expected scrapes and scratches and honestly thought they would be bad based on how thin the outside of the suitcase is, but was surprised how easily half of them wiped off and that there was no true damage to the case after one trip abroad. I love the look of the texture on this piece - its so chic - and I think the white color is striking thought I knew it would get visible marks on it from travel. It also moves with ease. The product was packaged appropriately and arrived in perfect condition. The last two pics were taken after I wiped off scuff marks with a Clorox wipe.

> 3 dayI received my luggage today and found it to be alittle scuffed up but was able to wipe away with a clorox wipe. The thing that was very disappointing was one of the pair of wheels was missing their wheel cap. I dont know what happened but it really made me sad that I paid for something that wasnt perfect. I recommend to purchase off the swissgear website, maybe youll get all wheel caps on all wheels. So disappointed.

03-04-2025It’s lightweight and compact. Not too big and not too small.

Greater than one weekI really want to like this product because it worked well until the telescoping handle broke and would not raise up anymore. I contacted Swiss multiple times and never received a response or reply as to how to replace per the warranty.

Greater than one weekOn receipt, Suitcase looked fine, and the telescoping handle seems durable and fluid, and the wheels are a smooth ride, but the bottom of these suitcases have no handles. I read an article somewhere saying that when your suitcase has no bottom handle, baggage handlers have no choice but to grab your suitcase by the wheels which leads to faster broken wheels. In addition, for the last 10 years, my suitcase lifting has been made so much easier and more convenient getting suitcases in and out of the trunk and in and off the scanner belt and scales in the airports because of those bottom handles that my old suitcases have. Why would they make a suitcase, and am expensive suitcase too, without bottom handles in 2021?

> 3 dayThis suitcase is lightweight, overall quality seems excellent. Zippers move smoothly, wheels roll nicely, telescope is easy to adjust. Time will tell if it takes well actual luggage handling at the airports.
