There is no Gunmetal color option as it defaults to Olive and selecting Gold color defaults to black. So be careful when selecting a color option, because when I informed the customer service representative about this issue, it has gone ignored. A replacement was eventually sent, but again its the wrong color.

Great color

Purchased mainly for business trips mixed with some pleasure. Friends of ours have an older Swiss set of luggage that is durable, a nice look, with great storage. After much research, I went with my first hard shelled piece the 27” and love it! The wheels are the best I’ve ever had, smooth, tilt well when pulling behind, and strolls well nicely beside you. I love the dimensional look of this luggage, giving it a bit of a pop. The inside has ample storage and many pockets. The lock combination is easy to change and has held up well. After reading previous reviews on Swiss website and on here, I would say my only complaint so far, is the same as another, the handle on top could raise a bit higher if you are stacking luggage. I have the Swiss backpack and that does sit well on it. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a fabric again. I love the design, look, storage, and durability.

I love this new Carry-On luggage. Its truly a carry-on size that fits various planes upper compartments. Some other vendors advertise this BUT are too big. This piece is PERFECT! Built very well, and very light weight. Took this on a European trip to 7 countries, and it was awesome. My wife even preferred using it over hers since it fit so much, and could expand a bit if needed. Highly recommended. Swiss Gear custom ID tag labels I ordered separately were a fantastic touch to this quality suitcase. 5 STARS for SURE!

I love it! Super durable, came with zero scuffs, wheels work great! Nice and big but still lightweight!

So far so good! It’s sturdy, lightweight, great wheels, good compartments for organization and has a USB outlet. I’ve had Tumi’s and their wheels don’t balance out the weight of the suitcase. This feels durable and is also stylish. It goes with all my black bags and travel outfits and is easy to tell from all the other black bags. I can just wipe off any dirt that gets on it too! So glad I waited and researched and found this suitcase. I travel weekly and so far it’s hasn’t disappointed!

I was looking for a bag that would easily fit overhead but large enough to pack for a weeks trip. They dont claim that this bag is for a week, just 3 days, but I try not to take too much with me. I bought the gold one which I like and it matches a bag I slip over the handle. It rolls well. Have only used it for one trip so far so not sure how it will hold up but it appears sturdy enough particularly if you dont check it. Pleased with my purchase. Good value, too.

disappointed, handle broken in three trips and would not extend fully

I only used this luggage 5 or 6 times, had it a little over a year (half of that year we were in lock down), the handle is broken. No other damage was done to the luggage externally. The handle seems to be broken on the inside

I waited for this to come back in stock and was worth the wait. Luckily it arrived before my trip.
