I liked that it came with a travel/storage bag and that I can practically use this thing anywhere. I like to lay on the floor and use it for 8 to 10 mins after that my neck and shoulders feel so relaxed. I am happy more than happy with my purchase.

This actually puts out great heat. Took a little adjustment to figure out what position was most comfortable. Once you get comfortable, it works great.

The heat is so nice - just make sure you to be aware of the level so it doesn’t get too hot (I like mine on medium). The heat also has a safety shut-off in case you forget or fall asleep. The contours fit nicely on my neck and don’t hyperextended it. I would recommend this product!

Within seconds of using this product, my neck tension immediately released upon being wanted the heat, which actually caused my cervical spine to comfortably adjust itself into proper alignment. The heat and stretch also provided my wife with relief from her migraine after a few minutes. I cant recommend this product enough!

I have the previous non-heated version, and this upgrade is great. The timers and temperature controls are nice features. Remember you need a USB power supply to operate, and the power draw is low, so anyone should work. The only minor bug is that the control should be closer to the relaxer end.

Such a great product! I had a very stiff neck and as soon as I used this product my neck started to stretch out and I can feel the knots melting away. Once I finished my stiffness disappeared giving me full motion. Definitely recommending and gift this to my friends and family.
