This heated neck stretcher may look small but it makes a huge impact! After working all day at a desk, bent over and staring at a computer screen this item has made all the difference in my quality of life. Before I would suffer from neck strain, tightness through my shoulders, and migraines at the base of my skull. Since I started using the neck stretcher those symptoms have stoped. The heat in the pillow helps to loosen the muscles as the stretcher works its magic. I only do it for 10 minutes 2 to 3 times a week and it does the trick!

This neck relaxer is great way to relieve neck pain and heal a bit of that tech neck that we probably all suffer from to some degree. Ive used it for several days now and my neck definelty feels more relaxed and I am in less pain than usual. The heat really helps ease neck pain as well! It has several setting including 10, 20, 30min intervals of heat and low, medium, or high for heat temperature. It also comes with a decent bag to store it in to prevent abunch of dust or pet hair getting on it. Overall, a very nice product and I honestly dont have any dislikes about it. Just make sure to use proper form when using so you dont hurt yourself! Instructions are included and easy to follow!
