The pillow is very comfortable and has been very helpful when I am in pain, but the heat gives it the 5 stars!

I absolutely love this product! It really took the tension out of my neck.

I have the previous non-heated version, and this upgrade is great. The timers and temperature controls are nice features. Remember you need a USB power supply to operate, and the power draw is low, so anyone should work. The only minor bug is that the control should be closer to the relaxer end.

It was okay few first days then my neck was getting more painful and the pain was getting worse by using it so I stopped using and the pain is back to the previous condition. The neck support is too high and didnot support well so I returned.
