Bought for my mom who has arthritis on her neck. She likes the heat feature

Unfortunately, I spend too much time on my personal computer and other electronic devices. I tend to hold tension in my neck and shoulders. Ive tried stretch bands and other devices but nothing seemed to target the neck area. The neck stretcher has a V-shape curvature that supports and stabilizes the spine. It was uncomfortable to use at first, but after a few attempts my neck muscles adjusted. The neck stretcher is easy to use. The device has three settings for length of time and three settings for the heat level. The heat helps to relax the muscles and provides pain relief. The neck stretcher comes with a washable magnetic therapy pillow case which improves blood circulation and also has massage nodes. For me, the tension relief was instantaneous and my neck and shoulders felt relaxed after each use.

My cousin suffers from a bulging cervical disc, so I got this for her on her birthday. She absolutely loves it, she cant stop raving about the pain relief. She uses it nightly and sometimes even squeezes a session in during the day if she has time. Not only does it take away the pain, the heat removes the mental fog by bringing in more blood flow.
