I couldnt get my PC to read this. After a crash it seemed like my PC was searching for a USB instead of this CD to reboot. I was trying to use it for repair.. and it didnt. My PC came with Win 8, but I free upgraded to Win 10. Not sure if this product was useless or maybe it needed to be uploaded while the PC was working properly and before the next crash??

This software will not work on the current Win 10 OS, or any other that has a GPT format partitions.

It worked great. It cleared up all the issues that bogged me down and left with a very usable hard drive.

it did a very good job restored it like new

It was worth a shot to see if it could fix the old lap top. But it couldnt be saved.
