Complete scam and useless products. Used the first disk to try to reinstall windows but could not complete it because the driver disk contained no drivers. Dont waste your money.

This worked for me. It restored my windows 10 system and allowed updates. Prior to using this product, I was unable to update windows and also unable to fix the problem. Attempts to do so, resulted in having to boot from DOS. So this was a last resort for me. I would advise anyone using it to follow the instructions carefully, in particular note that you need to have the windows 10 product key if you reinstall.

Could not boot from this disk. Completely unusable for me.

Returned this because it could not repair my computer. I cant blame this product for not fixing my computer, the OS may have been too badly corrupted. The 5 star rating is because it can be returned if it doesnt work. Had to do clean reinstall of Win 10 to fix my issue.

I consider myself somewhat computer savy and could not for the life of me get my laptop to boot to the desktop, tried everything by getting deep into the guts of the computer, i was getting ready to trash the computer when I came across these disks. Thought what the heck cant hurt to try as last ditch effort and for cheap. Dropped in the disk (very skeptical) and son of a gun the computer booted first try. Magic give it a try.
