It didnt work for me, so that wasnt the problem. No complaints though, Im sure Ill have use of it in the future.

I was able to add windows 10 to my computer. Great disk, Took some time, but was worth it.

If you want to get your computer up and running again, get this. I went to a place on line and brought a $35.00 restore usb from another company, kept getting a red screen, nothing worked, worked on it for days on end. I emailed company several times, asking for a replacement, they said work with tech support, tech support said it was the machine even though I put in a new hard drive, never got a replacement or refund ....brought this and within 1 1/2 hours my daughters computer was up and running!! I then used it to upgrade my own tower, the 2017 drivers are a definate plus!! Very good product for the incredibly small amount they they charge.

It installed as expected, but it did not include a key, so useless. The package does say no key. This was not evident when I purchased it.
